Once you place a pre order, it cannot be cancelled. You may cancel the order during the preliminary window of time for order any particular collection. Once that window closed if you cancel you will forfeit your deposit or 20% if paid in full.

Right before the shipment comes in depending on how many orders we have to collect balances from, we will send you an invoice for the balance and give you a deadline to pay. If payment is not received, your order will be canceled and any deposits will be forfeited. Of course we don't want this to happen so we will make every attempt to contact you first.


We receive the information from Integrity at the same time you receive it in the W-Club. Usually on a Saturday when we are closed. It sometimes takes a couple of days to get all the information onto our website. While many dealers take phone orders or orders via email for these pre-orders, we do not, at least not on the day they are launched. We also do not sell any of the pre-order dolls except online. 

So what you need to do is sign up for our mailing list on our website, and we will email everyone on our mailing list with the time and day they will be on sale on our site. It is then first come, first serve. We do this because almost every other dealer is sold out the minute they are announced, so we at least give someone new who is not already tied to a dealer the opportunity to buy the doll of their choice. 

That all having been said, sometimes our allocations are very low, and they can sell out in seconds. You go on the site, place the item in your cart, and don't doddle; check out because just because the item is in your cart does not mean you have it secured. It is only secured once you check out and pay the deposit or in full if that choice is offered. Also, our system charges the shipping cost with the deposit. Because it is the only way, it can accurately calculate shipping costs. I hope that explains the process, it's a little confusing sometimes, but we hope you can get everything you want!


  • Once they are live on our site, you can place your order. 
  • Depending on the estimated shipping date from Integrity, we will either require payment in full or a deposit. This will be stated on each item. Ship dates are to be announced by Integrity. However, our shipping time is within two days of the items arriving. 
  • The prices are not always the same as the club announces. Depending if the doll is shipping the same month or later, they are to be paid in full or deposit only.  If it is shipping imminently, they are due in full, or if for a future month, a nonrefundable deposit is due. 
  • Shipping:  Whatever you order, the website will calculate the shipping costs and give you a couple of options.  However, if you place an order for five dolls that are all shipping at different times of the year, we will hold your order until complete before shipping.  If you want each doll to ship as they come in, there will be a separate charge for each shipment.
  • You should register on our site in advance, check-out requires you to register, so if you are already registered, you don’t have to waste time checking out.  Sometimes dolls have sold out quickly and as fast as three seconds.  Having an item in your cart does not guarantee that item; only checkout will guarantee it.  So if we have only 50 of one doll available, for instance, and 75 people have it in their shopping cart, only the first 50 to check out will get it, and the rest it will drop off at checkout because it is no longer available.

We can only ship to your billing address.  We will not be able to change the ship once the order is placed.  We will not ship to secondary shippers that forward packages to countries we do not ship to.
