Pre-Orders How they work.
Share
With new collections. We usually take orders for 10 days when we announce a new collection. The end date for order-taking will be posted on the collections page.
ADDDING ITEMS TO YOUR ORDER:
If you place a pre-order and would like to add items to it within the open order period, please contact us using the contact us link on our site https://jamieshow.us/pages/contact, and we will be happy to enter the additional items for you and invoice you for the deposit. If you place multiple orders, we can NOT combine them for you in the future.
ADDING PRE-ORDER ITEM TO CART:
When placing an order on Pre-Order products, do not click on the add-to-cart button on the item. Wait until your browser fully opens the page and you see a Pre-Order button. If you use the add-to-cart button, the system will not charge you the 20% deposit but will charge you in full. These orders will be deleted, and you will need to enter a new order. So be patient and ensure you click on Pre-Order, not Add to Cart.
CANCELLING A PREORDER:
Once we close the Pre-Order period, canceled orders will forfeit their deposit. Once we close the window, we place the order with the factory, and all orders are made to order.
International Orders:
All international orders placed during the pre-order window are shipped directly from our factory in China, saving almost anyone from paying customs or heavy duties since nearly all countries have trade deals with China.
However, be aware that any orders placed online on the website that are IN STOCK ship from our USA warehouse and are subject to all tariffs, fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the receiving country. We have neither jurisdiction nor control over nor even know what these additional costs will be, and we are not responsible. Therefore, if you are concerned about import duties to your country from packages sent from the USA, we suggest you consult your customs departments first.
Any packages returned for unpaid duties will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping to you and back to us.
Final Payment:
Final invoices for payments on pre-orders will be emailed to customers once we hear from the factory that they are ready to ship. We try to provide you with a guess of when it will be, but many factors can change. We will usually give you at least two weeks to pay.
We will try to reach you, but once the shipments come in and we have not heard from your order, it will be canceled if not paid, and you will forfeit your deposit. If you forfeit an order, you cannot apply it to any future orders. Your account may be banned if payments are not made and we do not at least hear from you. This is not a policy we ever want to see employed. Be conscientious of what you order, and if you need to save for when it arrives, try and do so.
We cannot accept payments over time. For tax reasons, invoices must be paid the month they are shipped.
There is an option you can use to pay over time; PayPal offers it, and if you check out with PayPal, you can choose this option. They often provide no interest for 6 months. This is through PayPal and has nothing to do with us, so if you have questions, don't hesitate to contact PayPal.com, and they can help you with this.
