Official Update: Shipping & Fulfillment Status
Hello Collectors and Friends,
We would like to provide an update regarding the fulfillment of your recent orders. Our primary goal is to ensure that your items arrive safely and that our logistics system operates without error.
System Verification & Order Processing
To ensure a seamless transition between our system and the distribution center, we recently conducted a test batch to verify that all SKUs sync correctly. We intentionally refrained from marking orders as "Paid" to prevent premature transmission before this verification was complete.
We are pleased to confirm that the test was successful. Our team is now in the process of marking all orders as "Paid," which will automatically transmit them to our warehouse for immediate processing.
Warehouse & Inspection Update
The final shipment of the collection arrived late last Friday evening. Due to the weekend closure and the recent national holiday, this has been a shortened work week. However, we have been in direct communication with the warehouse management, and they have assured us that their team will be working throughout this upcoming weekend to complete the thorough inspection and check-in of all merchandise.
Weather & Logistics Challenges
While we are eager to get these pieces into your hands, we are currently facing extreme environmental challenges. With temperatures reaching -40°C in Chicago and similar conditions at our Ohio warehouse, along with a major storm threatening the East Coast and Northern states, logistics are heavily impacted.
To protect the integrity of your collection, we are taking the following precautions:
- Weather Holds: We are hesitant to release shipments into the heart of the storm region. Items sitting in frozen transit for several days pose a risk to the product.
- Strategic Shipping: We may briefly hold certain shipments on Monday to avoid weather-related delays or damage, ensuring your items aren't stranded in sub-zero temperatures on the road.
