If you have pre-orders, you will be invoiced by and your order will be fulfilled by our partners Jamie and Owen. They will handle all customer service questions and issues effective immediately.

A Statement from George Gonzalez & Timothy Hoffman

After thirty years in the doll collecting world - sixteen of them dedicated to building something truly special alongside this community - the time has come for us to step away from the JAMIEshow brand and turn our full attention to new creative endeavors.

We want to say this clearly: the collectors have always been the heart of everything. Your passion, your loyalty, and your trust meant more than we can adequately express. It has been one of the great privileges of our lives to be part of a community that finds such joy and artistry in these extraordinary pieces.

A note for customers with outstanding pre-orders: All final payment collection and fulfillment for existing pre-orders - including the "Wild at Heart" and "5th Anniversary" collections - will be handled directly by Hui Zhang and Owen Su.

All inquiries and concerns will be addressed directly by their team.

As for what comes next - our lifelong passion for photography, design, and artistic creation has never been stronger, and we have no doubt it will lead somewhere worth exploring.

After sixteen years of working together, our long-time business partners, George Gonzalez and Timothy Hoffman, will officially step away from the JAMIEshow business, effective immediately, for personal reasons.

George and Tim will no longer represent, service, or conduct business on behalf of JAMIEshow. Going forward, all JAMIEshow business in the United States, including customer communication and order-related matters, will be handled directly by Jamie Zhang and Owen Su.
